HANATEC signed a memorandum of understanding with Hana Micron Co., Ltd., a company specializing in semiconductor packages and tests, as of July 8, 2020.
By signing this memorandum of understanding, we are able to provide competitive Turnkey Service by providing Hana Micron Packaging and Testing Service as well as Foundry Fab Service and Design Service to our customers.
